Applies to all employees, management, contractors, and collaborators
Top management is fully committed to implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving this plan.
HeapByte commits appropriate human and operational resources to implement this GEP effectively.
This includes:
Appointment of a responsible Gender Equality Lead / Committee
Allocation of internal operational resources for equality initiatives
Engagement of external expertise where necessary
Documentation of meetings, initiatives, and implementation progress
Management ensures that gender equality objectives are integrated into strategic planning and organisational decision-making.
HeapByte commits to evidence-based monitoring of gender equality.
We will:
Collect gender-disaggregated data on personnel
Monitor recruitment, promotion, and leadership representation
Review pay equity where applicable
Conduct annual internal reviews of gender-related indicators
Document and evaluate progress of GEP implementation
Findings from monitoring activities will inform continuous improvement measures.
