• Supply required content, credentials, and approvals on time
• Ensure legality of materials provided (texts, images, data)

Delays caused by the client may impact timelines.

7. Revisions & Modifications

• Revisions are limited to the scope agreed in the contract
• Additional features or changes may incur extra charges
• Major changes require a revised agreement or timeline

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and do not disclose sensitive information, except:

• When legally required
• With client consent
• To trusted partners strictly for service completion

9. Limitation of Liability

HeapByte shall not be held liable for:
